Who Are We?

We strive to be your trusted marketing strategy and sales development partner in China.

BSC (Beyond Sales Consulting) is a China localized consulting company, our goal is to connect our clients to the strong demand for test and measurement equipment in China and Asia to achieve their desired business results. To that end:

1. We develop and deploy a localized, practical, and effective marketing strategy at the level of the corporate business unit or product line.

2. We provide sales management at any level of country, industry, account or sales partner.

3. We deliver services include strategic marketing, product marketing, and Go to Market strategy for new and existing products.

All services are specifically designed for their respective Asian market.

Throughout our careers, the team members of BSC have deep involvement with the products of these most recognizable brands: Keithley, Tektronix, AMETEK programmable power, TEGAM RF and microwave metrology, Advanced Energy infrared and fiber thermometry, Zyvex nano probing, ThermoFisher ESD and TLP testing, KLA Instruments, Rosenberger, and some featured product brands of Cygnus Photon UV photolithograph, Osiris wafer process equipment, etc. By working with these products, we have accumulated broad application experiences and knowledge within scientific research, semiconductor, automobile, renewable energy, aerospace & aviation, defense, etc., in China.

Managment

Xuehua(Kevin) ZhangPrincipal Consultant

Kevin has over two decades experience in the test and measurement industry with industry leaders. He has worked full time in the China organizations of Keithley (a Tektronix company now), Tegam, Advanced Energy and PSI Energy and Automation. In these careers, his responsibilities covered sales, application, business development and marketing, working started from field sales engineer to China Country Manager and finally the Sales and Marketing Management of Asia (exclude Japan).

Kevin’s experience includes test and measurement instrument and equipment direct selling, sales management, channel management, strategic marketing, Go-to-Market strategy, product marketing, and many products applications. He also has the rich practice experience of running a business entity (rep office or WOFE) in China, this includes registration, renewal, banking, dealing with local administration and tax bureau, handling import/export issues, building and maintaining Chinese web site, and so on.

Kevin has working experience in the top 3 developed cities of China, Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai, the business practices and sales scenarios vary in each territory.

Kevin was the initial member of a start-up team which later became a local high-tech manufacture in China of intelligent sensor and IT solution for EV and fuel vehicle, successfully exit in 2017 with this company acquired by a public list Corp., the acquisition price was above US$100M. The complete process gave him the opportunity to approach in depth of the enterprise comprehensive and Corp. level operation and management.

Kevin owns the double bachelor’s degree of Automation and International Economic and Trade from Beijing University of Technology, the EMBA Program Certificate from Graduate School of Tsinghua University (Shenzhen). He is a native of Beijing, he settled in this city with his family.
