During this stage we understand each other, clarify your expectations and goals, we work to understand if the skills and experiences of BSC are a good fit for your needs. The session may be conducted with email, Teams meeting, in person meeting, etc. , may take one to two hours or even longer as necessary, this is not billable.

At this point, we get to agree on the scope of our engagement, developing the initial plans and schedules, and begin to work with you and your team. Although this may be planned as a one-time support, we expect to earn your trust as the “go to” when you need some support in the future.

We would like to work as both an outside partner and a member of your team. As an outsider, we have a perspective that may be lacking in your full-time talent. As a member of your team, we are committed to your success. In this phase we execute the plan, deliver on our commitments, provide you regular status reports, we review the progress and optimize the next step plan.

With the delivery of requested intelligence, materials, briefing, when you think "goal is achieved" it is time for us to end up to keep your costs low. At this point we will coordinate any follow-up support, if requested. We consider each engagement as part of our long-term relationship with you.
